Reliable for projects

I picked up the 2-in-1 Tufting Gun and some Acrylic Tufting Yarn. The gun itself is pretty versatile, switching between cut and loop pile was easy enough after a little practice. Shipping was standard, took about a week to get to me in Florida. The yarn colors were vibrant, true to the pictures online. My one small issue was that the yarn winder I also ordered felt a little flimsy, not quite as robust as the gun. But for the price and the main item being good, it was a positive experience.

Decent value on frame

I was looking for a good deal on a Professional Tufting Frame and Urban Tufting had it for a price that beat out a few other places I checked online. It was a good chunk of change, so saving a bit really helped. The frame itself is sturdy enough, though one of the clamps was a little sticky when I first used it. Overall, I feel like I got my money's worth.

Solid frame, slow support

I purchased the Professional Tufting Frame and a roll of Primary Tufting Cloth. The frame is very sturdy and well-built, which I appreciate for larger projects. The cloth was also good quality. My only minor issue was with customer service; I had a question about assembly and it took almost two days to get a response. Once they did reply, they were helpful. Overall, the products are great, just a slight delay in getting assistance.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third order from Urban Tufting, mostly for yarn and backing cloth this time. I've always found their Primary Tufting Cloth to be reliable. It holds up well and I rarely have issues with it. This order was no different, everything arrived in good condition. I've bought guns and frames from them before too, and the quality has been consistent across the board. I did notice the shipping took an extra day compared to my previous order, but it wasn't a big deal.

Solid gear, quick service

I bought the AK-II Loop Pile Tufting Gun and some Primary Tufting Cloth. Ordering was straightforward, the website was easy to navigate. Shipping was pretty fast, arrived in about five days to my address in Ohio. The gun itself performs really well, I've already finished a small rug with it and the loops are consistent. The cloth is good quality, held up to the tension. I had a quick question about yarn compatibility and the support team responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. My only minor complaint is that the power cord for the gun was a bit shorter than I expected.

Fast delivery, good gun

Ordered an AK-II Loop Pile Tufting Gun. Arrived quickly. Gun works well. No complaints about the product itself.

Good quality, fast delivery

I ordered a Tufting Starter Kit last week and it got here way quicker than I thought, took 3 days to reach me in California. Everything was packed well. The AK-I Cut Pile Tufting Gun feels solid, worked great on my first try. Just wish the instructions were a little clearer, had to watch a few YouTube videos.

Loved my new AK-I gun!

My AK-I Cut Pile Tufting Gun arrived so fast, like 3 days to my door! It works perfectly and is so much fun to use. I'm already planning my next project. Will definitely be ordering more yarn from here, and telling all my craft friends about Urban Tufting!
